This policy applies to OneClickEbay subscriptions provided by RiteScout AI Solutions.

Free trial

New paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. There is one free trial per organization.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Refunds

• We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
• Annual plans may be refunded within 14 days of the initial charge.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Email info@shipdad.com from your account email address with the subject "Refund request" or "Cancellation", and we will reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
