Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
1. Who we are
OneClickEbay is a software service operated by RiteScout AI Solutions, a company based in New Jersey, USA ("RiteScout AI Solutions", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you visit home.oneclickebay.com or use the OneClickEbay application at oneclickebay.com (together, the "Service").
For privacy matters, contact us at info@shipdad.com.
2. Information we collect
Account information
Name, email address, organization name, password credentials (stored in hashed form), and the users you invite to your organization.
Billing information
Subscription and payment details are handled by our payment processor. We receive limited information such as plan, billing status and the last digits and type of the payment method, and we do not store full card numbers.
Connected marketplace data
When you connect a marketplace account, we receive data through that marketplace's authorized APIs, such as listings, product data, inventory, orders, buyer names and shipping addresses needed to fulfill orders, messages, returns and account health metrics. See section 3.
Usage and device data
Logs of how you use the Service, including IP address, browser type, pages and features used, timestamps and error reports, which we use to operate, secure and improve the Service.
Communications
Messages you send to us, including emails to info@shipdad.com.
Marketing website
The marketing site does not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. See our Cookie Policy.
3. Marketplace data (eBay, Walmart, Amazon, TikTok)
You can connect your eBay, Walmart, Amazon and TikTok accounts to the Service. We access these accounts only through each marketplace's authorized APIs and OAuth authorization flows. We never ask for or see your marketplace passwords.
- We use marketplace data only to provide the features you request, such as listing, inventory sync, order and message management, shipping labels, reporting and account health monitoring.
- We do not sell marketplace data, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing to you or to your buyers.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens, including eBay user tokens, are stored encrypted and protected with access controls. They are never shared with third parties other than the relevant marketplace.
- When you disconnect a marketplace, or close your account, we stop accessing that marketplace and delete the related tokens and data as described in section 7 and on our Data Deletion page.
- We delete eBay-sourced data when you disconnect your eBay account, close your OneClickEbay account, or ask us to, and we will comply with the data-deletion obligations that apply to us under the eBay Developer Program.
Each marketplace's own privacy policy governs its handling of your data. OneClickEbay is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay Inc.
4. How we use information
- To provide, maintain and secure the Service and process subscriptions.
- To perform actions you request, such as creating listings or printing labels.
- To provide support and respond to your requests.
- To send service and account notices, such as billing and security messages.
- To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To improve the Service and fix defects.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. AI processing
Some features use artificial intelligence to generate or improve content. When you use them, listing text, titles and related product data are sent to AI providers that process them on our behalf to return the result. We use AI providers under their API terms, which to our knowledge do not permit use of API inputs to train their models, and we send only the data needed to generate the requested output. We do not use your marketplace data to train third-party models. AI output can be inaccurate, so please review it before publishing.
6. How we share information
We share personal information only as follows:
- Service providers that host the Service, process payments, send email, provide AI processing and support our operations, under obligations to protect the data and use it only for our purposes.
- Marketplaces you connect, when you instruct us to send them data (for example, publishing a listing).
- Legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, legal process or governmental requests, or to protect the rights, property and safety of users, the public or RiteScout AI Solutions.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
- With your direction, such as sharing profit statements with partners you choose.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as billing and tax records, and residual copies in backups, which may persist for a limited period until deleted in the ordinary course. To request deletion, see our Data Deletion page.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption of marketplace tokens, access controls and limiting access to personnel who need it. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and regulators as required by law.
9. Your privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA, New Jersey Data Privacy Act)
Depending on where you live, including California and New Jersey, you may have the right to:
- know and access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete your personal information;
- obtain a portable copy of your personal information;
- opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, and profiling in furtherance of decisions with legal or similarly significant effects; and
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, and we do not use it for targeted advertising or such profiling, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still send us an opt-out request.
How to submit a request
Email info@shipdad.com from the email address on your account, tell us which right you want to exercise, and we will verify your identity before acting. You can use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof of their authorization. We respond within 45 days, and we may extend by a further 45 days where permitted by law, telling you why.
Appeals
If we decline your request, you may appeal by emailing info@shipdad.com with the subject "Privacy appeal" within a reasonable time after our decision. We will respond to the appeal in writing within 60 days, explaining our decision. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.
10. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact info@shipdad.com and we will delete it.
11. International users and transfers
RiteScout AI Solutions is based in the United States and the Service is operated from the United States. If you use the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Service you acknowledge this transfer.
