You can ask RiteScout AI Solutions to delete your OneClickEbay account and associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to info@shipdad.com from the email address on your account.
2. Use the subject "Data deletion request".
3. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act.

What we delete

• Your account and user profiles.
• Your organization's data stored in OneClickEbay, such as listings, orders, messages and settings imported from connected marketplaces.
• Marketplace OAuth tokens, which we revoke and delete.

We complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your request. Residual copies in backups may persist for a limited period until deleted in the ordinary course.

What we may retain

We keep billing and tax records and other information we are required by law to retain, and information needed to resolve disputes or enforce our terms, only for as long as required.

Revoke eBay authorization

You can also revoke OneClickEbay's access to your eBay account yourself, at any time, in your eBay account settings under the authorized apps or permissions section. You can disconnect other marketplaces in the same way in their account settings. Revoking access stops our access to that marketplace; to have your data deleted, send a deletion request as described above.

eBay data

We delete eBay-sourced data when you disconnect your eBay account, close your OneClickEbay account, or ask us to, and we will comply with the data-deletion obligations that apply to us under the eBay Developer Program.
